All of our vehicles and drivers are licensed for private hire.

If you currently employ a company which is NOT licensed you may be at risk.

To be safe, we recommend contacting the licensing department of your local council and asking whether the company you use are licensed.

In November 2006 the law changed!

s75(1)(b) Local Government Miscellaneous Provision Act 1976 was abolished.

This means that all passenger vehicles carrying eight passengers or less and hired with a driver MUST BE licensed under private hire.

Most chauffeur firms have traditionally relied on having a contract in place and avoid Criminal Records checks and a medical for every driver.
